Having worked in the education field since 1998, Francis is a pioneer of teaching. After obtaining a degree from the National Institute of Education with a focus on English, he has dedicated himself to ensuring his students flourish – both academically and personally. As a teacher, it is easy to fall into a mechanical routine once one has established a few effective methods that yield results. Francis’ deep level of commitment compels him to constantly learn and evolve to ensure that he is doing the best he can for his students; he has procured multiple certifications of teaching and was appointed as an official examiner for the PSLE examinations. He joins LEADnovate with the belief that writing has the profound ability to change minds, and by extension, lives.
